I enjoyed learning how the agave plant is processed and distilled into Tequila which gave me a deeper appreciation for the complexity and craftsmanship involved in creating this delicious spirit. Every aspect of the process of making tequila is a testament to the beauty and complexity of Mexican culture and tradition which is why I am proud to be a part of the House of Rare project.
